What are Cookies?
A cookie or tracker (hereinafter the “Cookie(s)”) is a small text file stored on the User’s device (tablet, smartphone, desktop or laptop computer and in general anything connected to a telecommunications network open to the public) when the User visits the Website. Some Cookies are stored on the User’s device for a given period and reactivated each time the User returns to the Website.
Cookies enable the Publisher to recognise the User’s device whenever they visit the Website and therefore to analyse their behaviour in order to improve the Website and optimise the User experience.

What is the maximum storage period of Cookies?
Cookie storage periods –Cookies can be stored for a maximum of fifteen (15) years from the obtaining of the User’s consent. The storage periods for each Cookie are listed above.
Storage periods for information collected via Cookies – When the Cookie expires, the data collected via this Cookie are either erased or anonymised according to the nature of the Cookie.
The information collected through statistical cookies is kept by the Publisher for a maximum period of 25 months.
What are Cookies sent by third parties?
The User is informed that the Publisher's partners and any other third-party publishers, listed above, may deposit Cookies via the Website. These are referred to as "Third-Party Cookies".
Third-party Cookies include, but are not limited to, Cookies set by Baidu, which helps to keep track of visitors and how they use the Site. To do this, the service collects your IP address to determine the city of connection. SUEZ has ensured that this data is immediately anonymised after location, is not communicated to Baidu and is therefore not likely to be associated with other data relating to the User.
How can Users accept or block Cookies?
a. Configuration via the Cookies banner of the Website
Except for the so-called “necessary” cookies which cannot be disabled, the sending of all other types of cookies is subject to the User’s prior consent.
When the User first visits the Website, a Cookie banner is displayed. The User can accept/activate or block/disable Cookies via the Cookie banner, by ticking/unticking the relevant boxes. Apart from the box relating to necessary cookies, the other boxes are unticked by default. Any disabling results in the blocking of the cookies in question.
By continuing to browse the Website or by clicking on any part of the Website, the User accepts the sending of Cookies according to the default settings.
If the User agrees to cookies being saved to their device, the cookies embedded in the pages and content that they view will be stored temporarily in a dedicated space on their device. They can only be read by the issuer.
Blocking unnecessary cookies cannot restrict access to the Website.
The User’s Cookie preferences (consent or rejection) will be stored for a period of 6 months. After that time, the User will be asked to choose again when they next visit the Website.
The User can withdraw their consent or change their choices with regard to Cookies at any time by clicking the "Modify my consent" link present on all the pages of the Website.

Users can also control the saving of Cookies directly via the settings of their browser, to allow, block or delete them.
