Reporting to QHSE Director with below responsibilities:
Define with Asia QHSE team, top management and operational teams, the QHSE objectives, programs and actions to enhance the QHSE culture and prevent accidents and occupational diseases
Monitor, review, analyze and report QHSE statistics, objectives and targets for the purpose of business improvement
Ensure that accidents, incidents and occupational diseases are reported and investigated in a timely manner and the learnings are applied across the region and shared with the Headquarters
Lead the implementation of the QHSE engagement plan, animate communication and sharing among the different entities in Asia as regards QHSE; ensure local applicable requirements comply with the regulations, requirements from Asia and the Group
Control the compliance to applicable requirement and assess the level of risk exposure through a regional QHSE audit program
Ensure the resources for QHSE are at their optimum for supporting the business activities of the different solutions/divisions
Contribute to the due diligence and integration of any acquired company and write the bidding documents when deemed necessary
Ensure QHSE management systems are in place; maintain all quality, health, safety and environmental certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and 14001 certifications
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or above in safety engineering
More than 5 years EHS experience in environmental, chemical or industrial sites
Experience in the oil & gas industry
Certified Safety Engineer
Familiar with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001, or equivalent
